Oct ’17: Get Your Fall Tune-up!

Get Your Fall Tune-up!

Summer flew by, kids are back in school and it is already October. By now the temperatures are dropping, sunlight hours are waning, and exciting news is brewing!

We’re excited to announce that we were awarded a grant for Veterans Acupuncture Center of Colorado! This allows Scot to reach and treat even more veterans and their families. Thank you to all who have helped get our name out there; please keep it up so we can help many more!

Now is the perfect time to come in for a tune-up and get balanced as we approach cold and flu season with the changing temperatures.  We’ve included useful insights in the below articles for natural remedies during this time of year.  Enjoy!

We look forward to your call or email to set up an appointment!

Top Remedies for Colds!
To help reduce the severity of a cold, the best foods to eat are ones that are packed with beta-carotene, vitamin C, and zinc. They boost immunity and help with cold symptoms. Especially around this time of year, these nutrients can also help prevent you from catching colds in the first place.
Health Benefits of Turmeric

What is turmeric? Turmeric is the root stalk of a tropical plant that’s part of the ginger family. One of the main components of the spice is a substance called curcumin which has potentially healing properties.
